Transportation Planning Representative
Summary:
Supports the Transportation Planning Specialists and Regional Delivery Managers in managing the day-to- day transportation related activities for the last mile network.
Job Description:
- Track and trace all shipments
- Maintain delivery exception logs
- Update and maintain the Transportation Management System
- Partner with the quality, postal, and security teams to investigate and resolve delivery questions and exceptions
- Ensure ad hoc shipments costs are captured accurately in financial systems/reports
- Maintain vendor profiles in transportation and security systems
- Provide support for cross
- Perform other duties as request or assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Associates Degree and 1 years work experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excellent Computer Skills
- Ability to work irregular hours and overtime where required
