Summary
Clinical Director, Program Coordinator or Lead Instructor will perform evaluations and be the contact for additional needs. Instructor will report directly to their Lead Instructor/RBT. Instructor will assist the Assistant Lead Instructor with client training programs by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Assist with creating training materials and teaching programs for learners under the direction of the Lead Instructor.
· Communicates effectively with Lead Instructor, Program Coordinators and Program Director and other team members when necessary.
· Attend to the needs of the assigned binder daily.
· Attends all staff meetings and department meetings as requested.
· Receives and acts on constructive feedback.
· Models positive and effective instructional skills including enthusiasm, positive praise and reinforcement.
· Completes Communication Logs for learners they work directly with as directed by Lead Instructor.
· Communicates with parents in a friendly and appropriate manner.
· Maintains assigned binder by keeping up with graphing daily and moving targets from one acquisition phase to the next appropriate phase. This includes recording cold probe and behavior data daily.
· Completes necessary documentation by the appropriate deadline and delivers to the assigned Behavior Analyst as directed, for their assigned learner.
· Follows the general operations of the team in which s/he is assigned.
· Maintains a positive and professional working environment.
· Accurately completes timesheets required for billing.

Education and/or Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Experience working with children and young adults with autism and related disorders is preferred
· Must be reliable and punctual.
· 1 or more years of experience with data recording, graphing, and binder management preferred.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills
To perform successfully in this role, an individual should be able to log in to data/billing applications & input necessary information.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Ability to complete Safe Crisis Management, CPR and First-Aid training's (training provided).

These voluntary benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and supplemental insurance policies. All insurance benefits are only available to Full-Time team members on the first day of the month after 60 days of employment. As an additional benefit for eligible team members enrolled in medical coverage, Bluegrass Center for Autism will pay a percentage towards your premium, for each year of service reached the percentage that BCA will pay towards your premium will increase and the team members portion will lower.

Bluegrass Center for Autism offers all eligible team members to participate in our 401K plan. Participant requirements are a minimum age of 21 and must have worked Full-time for a period of 12 consecutive months and 1,000 hours of service.
·       Paid Time Off
Bluegrass Center for Autism team members receive time off when the learners are not in session. Hourly team members are not paid during the day's students are not in session. Full-time team members are eligible to receive paid time off (PTO) after completing their 90-day orientation period to use at their discretion with supervisory approval. January 1, all eligible team members receive Ten days (or 80 hours) of PTO each calendar year. If a team member becomes eligible after January 1, then their PTO amount will be prorated based on their 90-day eligibility date. Hourly team members are not paid during the day's students are not in session. PTO hours do not roll over into the next calendar year but may be cashed in at the end of the calendar year. Bluegrass Center for Autism offers a program for hourly only team members to earn additional quarterly PTO hours based on attendance that may be used during dates that BCA is closed. These earned quarterly attendance PTO hours may not be used during dates that BCA is in session.

Bluegrass Center for Autism offers a $20K employer provided life insurance policy for Full-time eligible team members.
  
Hours of Operation
Bluegrass Center for Autism's hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. Instructors will be assigned to early care one day a week from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm on that day.
 
Internship Position
Bluegrass Center for Autism offers Internship positions. Paid interns must work a minimum requirement of 15 hours per week. 3 hour shifts minimum. If intern does not meet these requirements, BCA offers unpaid internship positions.
Bluegrass Center for Autism has been awarded a BHCOE Accreditation credential from Behavioral Health Center of Excellence.
