Parking & Transportation Services Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the Parking & Transportation Services Customer Service Representative role. Position requires accepting payment for University parking permits and citations. Processes parking appeals. Professionally handles incoming requests from customers, students and employees of the University. The position ensures customer issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly, creates a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making and identifies opportunities for process improvements to positively impact the customer experience and to represent the department and university in a positive manner. Ability to write and communicate in a clear and concise business- like manner.
Between 15-20 hours per week.
